At this time we do not service apartments or homes without parking and direct main floor access.

What is included in a routine residential clean?
A routine clean includes all bathrooms, kitchen, beds, floors, surfaces, spot cleaning any obvious needs. Our cleaners are experts at knowing what to prioritize within a home to make it shine.

Are you pet-friendly?
We love your pets, but not their paw prints on clean floors! Help us to give you the best cleaning experience possible by bringing your pups to daycare or keeping them with you or in a different part of your house.
We do understand this is not always possible and will make exceptions for certain pet personalities!
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Because we still pay our team for client cancellations, we require a minimum of 7 days notice for a both cancellations and reschedules.
Canceling within the 7 day period will incur a 50% charge of your service price.
How do I order additional services?
The Cleanest House provides a la carte deep clean items that can be added to any cleaning service or on their own with proper notice
We Are a Contactless Business (once we’ve met!)
We ask that all of our clientele remain out of the home during their cleaning or in a part of the home we will not be working in to ensure you receive the best possible and most consistent service and to keep our cleaning team on schedule. Our clients will get more value if our team isn’t distracted at all while they are working.
For individuals who work from home, we will work with you and arrange a plan, but most clients prefer to work from another location for the 2-3 hours we are servicing your home.
