What is included in a routine residential clean?

A routine clean includes all bathrooms, kitchen, beds, floors, surfaces, spot cleaning any obvious needs. Our cleaners are experts at knowing what to prioritize within a home to make it shine.

Are you pet-friendly?

We love pets! Help us to get to know any nervous animals by being home when we arrive for the first time. If your pup is hyper or potentially aggressive, we just ask that they are kenneled or kept separate from us. If any of our team members are scared of your pet we’ll work with you to find a solution!

How do I order additional services?

If you’d like to schedule any A La Carte services such as a deep fridge clean or blinds, please reach out via email to cleanesthousedenver@gmail.com.

What cleaning supplies do you use?

We use a variety of supplies that are very mild on your home and your nose.

Our all-purpose cleaner is non-toxic as is our cleanser/scrub. We use Dawn Dish Soap and a variety of tools that help us clean your house to perfection.

We don’t use anything orange-scented, Fabuloso, bleach or ammonia. We do not use Magic Erasers or abrasive brushes.

Our supplies are not 100% natural, but are very close! Our mild and lightly scented products which work fine for the high majority of people.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We keep a credit card on file for all clients and charge them after each appointment.

Will I get the same cleaners each time?

We will often send the same cleaners each time, but based on our cleaners’ schedules and availability that is not always possible. Rest assured that all of The Cleanest House’s cleaners are highly-trained, experienced and have been given notes on your home.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We ask for as much notice as possible when you must cancel or reschedule, but we understand it happens on occasion. Just communicate with us as far in advance as possible to avoid a cancellation fee. Canceling within a week of your appointment may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service price.

How do I schedule my first cleaning?

Submit an inquiry online and we will get back to you by phone within 48 hours to answer any questions you have and to provide an estimate. If you need to reach us before 48 hours, please call 720-660-4990.

Your initial clean will also include a set of cleaning rags that remain at your home. There is a one-time charge of $75 for the rags. We will bring everything else!

Do we need to be home during service?

No. We actually prefer our clients aren't home as we are able to get more accomplished and provide a better service to you. If it is not possible for you to leave us to it, we just ask that we stay in separate parts of the house so that we can maintain the good workflow!
