Please Note: All pricing is subject to change upon in-person assessment if we determine that additional time or services are needed to meet our standards of quality.

Optimizing Service with Clear Guidelines
To provide you with the best possible cleaning experience, we kindly ask all clients to follow a few important guidelines. These boundaries help us maintain our high standards, stay efficient, and deliver consistently excellent service.
Parking & Access
- Must have direct street parking available.
- Homes must have ground-level, direct access.
- Apartments or units requiring stair or elevator access are not currently within our service range.
Biohazard Policy
- We do not clean homes with hoarding conditions, or any areas contaminated with pet or human waste.
- If there are biohazard concerns (e.g. pet messes, bodily fluids), please contact a professional biohazard remediation service.
Short-Term Rentals
- We do not provide services for Airbnbs or short-term rentals, unless they are on a recurring, fixed weekly schedule.
- We are unable to accommodate rotating or flexible cleaning days.
Smoke-Free Homes Only
- We do not service homes where smoking occurs indoors, including tobacco or other substances.
