KITCHEN
Dust
- Dust high areas, vents, lights, windowsills, tracks, ledges, doors, and baseboards
- Dust light switches, cabinet pulls, appliance handles, and touch points
- Pre-vacuum floors and visible debris include pantry if walk-in
- Vacuum under table and chairs (pull chairs out)
Drench
- Wipe and polish countertops and backsplash - clean underneath all movable items
- Wipe exterior of cupboards and shelves
- Sanitize cabinet pulls and drawer handles
- Sanitize faucet and handles
- Scrub sink and drain/disposal opening
- Wipe table and chairs
- Spot clean interior windows and glass doors
- Empty trash and recycling; replace liners
- Clean area and walls around trash can
- Wipe exterior of trash can as needed
- Wipe refrigerator front, sides, top, and handles - include inside ledges and spot clean
- Wipe dishwasher front, sides, and handle - open and wipe around rim
- Wipe and polish stovetop - Don’t saturate with water as it can cause electrical issue on stoves
- Wipe oven front, sides and handle
- Polish stainless steel surfaces
- Polish light fixtures by hand (use step stool or sturdy chair to reach)
- Clean microwave inside and outside, top and sides
- Polish toaster/toaster oven exterior
- Empty coffee grounds and leftover coffee (leave alone of client is still using)
- Wash and polish coffee pot exterior
- Spot clean baseboards and doors with wet cloth where needed
Dazzle
- Polish & Face-forward countertop items
- Polish & Face-forward dish soap
- Align chairs and stools - remove pet hair from legs with microfiber
- Stage countertops neatly - run hand over counter to check for debris
- Mop floors and allow to dry completely before replacing rugs
- Final kitchen presentation check
common areas
Living room, family room, dining room, entryway, hallways, mudroom, stairways, playroom, home gym
- Remove cobwebs from corners and ceiling lines
- Dust ceiling fans, lights, vents, tops of curtains, and high areas with extension duster
- Dust picture frames, artwork, lampshades, décor, and electronics
- Dust doors, molding, baseboards, railings, light switches, and doorknobs
- Dust furniture surfaces and underneath where accessible
- Dust windowsills, tracks, and ledges
- Dust headboards and bed frames
- Pre-vacuum visible pet hair, dust accumulation, and debris
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, furniture edges, and stairs
- Dry mop under beds with hard floor using microfiber attached to mop
Drench
- Spot clean fingerprints from doors, glass, frames, and switches
- Polish mirrors and glass
- Damp wipe furniture surfaces
- Mop hard-surface floors
Dazzle
- Replace linens and make beds
- Straighten bedside tables and personal items
- Fluff couch cushions
- Fold and style throw blankets
- Arrange pillows consistently
- Style curtains, blinds, décor, and accessories
- Straighten picture and artwork frames
- Final room presentation check
BATHROOMS
Dust
- Dust light fixtures
- Dust light switches, doorknobs, cabinet pulls, and touch points
- Pre-vacuum floors, corners, and hair accumulation - look behind doors
Drench
- Sanitize counters, sinks, & cupboards underneath all countertop items
- Sanitize cabinet pulls and drawer handles
- Polish mirrors and glass
- Clean and sanitize sinks
- Sanitize toilet, tank exterior, base, and surrounding area by hand
- Fold and emboss toilet paper
- Clean shower glass
- Remove toothpaste residue from sink overflow opening
- Polish faucet bases including underneath faucet and
- Polish light fixtures by hand (use step stool or sturdy chair)
- Wipe shower tile and surfaces
- Scrub bathtub and dry out (if tub not used please wipe, shine, stage only)
- Dazzle
- Dust vents, windowsills, tracks, ledges, doors front and back, and baseboards with Swiffer, microfiber, or feather duster
- Fold all hand and bath towels in thirds
- Polish and style personal products and decor neatly
- Straighten shower curtain
- Mop floors
- Align bath mats
- Final bathroom presentation check
LAUNDRY ROOM
Dust
- Dust shelves, windowsills, tracks, ledges, and baseboards
- Pre-vacuum pet hair, lint, and debris
- Vacuum floors

- Wipe washer and dryer front and top
- Remove dryer lint
