Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning in Denver
Empty-home cleaning for houses and condos/townhomes: turnover cleaning when cabinets and interiors are reachable — not an occupied deep clean, and not apartments.
Quick answer: Move-in/out cleaning is for empty houses and condos/townhomes — not an occupied deep clean, and not apartments. Deep cleaning covers occupied one-time resets. We do not offer deposit-back or inspection-pass guarantees, and we do not promise same-day/rush. Get a quote or call (720) 660-4990.
Move-in/out vs. deep cleaning
Move-in / move-out is for an empty or nearly empty home so we can reach cabinet interiors, appliance interiors (as quoted), and floors without working around furniture. An occupied catch-up or seasonal reset is Deep Cleaning. After you move in and want ongoing upkeep, switch to Residential Cleaning; biweekly is the cadence we recommend for most homes.
Who move-in/out cleaning is for
Move-in/out cleaning is built for the gap between one household leaving and the next one settling in. It fits when you are:
- Moving out of a house, condo, or townhome you rented or sold, and you want it left clean for the next people.
- Moving in to a new place and want it cleaned before your furniture and boxes arrive.
- Between occupants in a home you own, with the rooms empty and ready for a turnover clean.
The home needs to be empty or nearly empty. If people are still living there with furniture in place, book a deep clean instead. We do not clean apartments.
What a move clean typically includes
When the home is empty enough, scope may include kitchens (cabinets and appliances as quoted), bathrooms, floors, dusting, and trash generated by the clean. Your quote confirms exact scope. A checklist reference lives on Resources.
No deposit-back or inspection-pass guarantee. Timing comes from the quote — this page does not promise same-week availability.
Move clean vs. recurring clean: what’s included
Both follow our cleaning checklist and use the same lower-fume, mild-scented products. The difference is access: with the rooms empty, we can reach places a recurring visit works around. Your quote confirms the exact scope.
A recurring visit (occupied home) covers
- Countertops, backsplash, and cabinet and appliance exteriors
- Bathrooms: counters, sinks, mirrors, toilets by hand, shower tile and tub
- Dusting of reachable surfaces around your furniture and belongings
- Vacuuming and mopping around furniture, rugs, and chairs
A move-in/out clean (empty home) covers, as quoted
- Kitchen: countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet, stovetop, appliance exteriors, and reachable cabinet and drawer interiors once they are empty.
- Bathrooms: counters, sinks, mirrors and glass, toilets by hand, shower tile and tub, and empty vanity cabinets and drawers.
- Throughout the home: dusting of ledges, windowsills and tracks, doors, baseboards, light switches, vents, and fixtures.
- Floors: vacuuming and mopping edge to edge, with no furniture in the way.
- Trash generated by the clean.
Common add-ons for move cleans
- Inside the oven
- Inside the refrigerator
- Blinds
- Basements
Request add-ons at least one week ahead. See every option on Additional Services. If your landlord, property manager, or HOA gave you a move-out checklist, include it in your quote request so the confirmed scope is clear.
When to book your move clean
- Moving out: schedule the clean after the last furniture and boxes are out and before you hand over the keys.
- Moving in: schedule it before your furniture arrives. An empty home is the easiest time to get cabinet interiors and floors done.
- Book early. Reach out as soon as you know your move date. We do not offer same-day or rush move cleans, and timing is confirmed with your quote.
How to prep the home for a move clean
- Empty it out. Remove furniture, boxes, and everything in the cabinets, drawers, closets, and fridge so interiors are reachable.
- Keep water and power on through the clean. Kitchens and bathrooms are hard to clean without them.
- Clear leftover items and bulk trash before we arrive, so the visit goes to cleaning, not hauling.
- Share access notes: key, lockbox, or door code, plus any parking details.
- Send your checklist from a landlord, property manager, or HOA, and choose add-ons ahead of time.
How long does a move-in/out clean take?
We do not publish a standard duration because every empty home is different. Time depends on the size of the home, the number of bathrooms and cabinets, the condition it was left in, and any add-ons like inside the oven or fridge. Share those details and your move date when you request a quote, and we will confirm scope and scheduling before the clean.
After you move in: biweekly cleaning
A move-in clean gives you a clean starting point. To keep it that way, switch to recurring residential cleaning once you are settled. Biweekly (every two weeks) is the cadence we recommend for most homes; weekly and every 4 weeks are also available, with no long-term contract. If unpacking is the bigger job, our home organizing service can help set up closets, pantries, and cabinets.

Move-in / move-out FAQ
What’s the difference between move-in/out cleaning and deep cleaning?
Move-in/out is for empty or nearly empty homes so interiors are reachable. Deep cleaning is an occupied one-time reset. After you move in, switch to residential (biweekly recommended).
Do you clean apartments for move-out?
No. Move-in/out cleaning is for empty houses, condos, and townhomes only. We do not clean apartments, for move-out or otherwise.
Do you guarantee I’ll get my deposit back?
No. We don’t guarantee you’ll get your deposit back, and we don’t guarantee you’ll pass a landlord, property-manager, or HOA move-out inspection. Those decisions are theirs and can depend on things cleaning doesn’t control, like damage, wear, and your lease terms.
What we do is a thorough empty-home clean of the house, condo, or townhome. Typical scope includes kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and reachable cabinets and appliances as quoted, all with our lower-fume, mild-scented products. Include any checklist items you’ve been given in your quote request so the confirmed scope is clear. We don’t offer same-day or rush move cleans.
Can you do same-day or rush move cleaning?
No. We do not promise same-day or rush timing. Share your move date when you request a quote.
