Service Details
These cleanings are detailed, labor-intensive, and use a higher volume of product, which is why they are billed at $90 per hour, per cleaner.
(Recurring clients receive a discounted rate as a thank you for your continued trust.)
What’s Included?
Our Move-In / Move-Out service includes everything from our standard deep clean, plus the following:
- Inside all cabinets and drawers
- Inside refrigerator & freezer
- Inside oven
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Detailed cleaning of baseboards and trim
- All reachable surfaces, including shelves and closets
We ensure the home is left in a condition you’d want to move into—or hand off to its next owner with confidence.
A detailed checklist of all included tasks is available upon request. Just let us know—we’re happy to send it over.
Note: This service does not include trash removal, carpet shampooing, or any repairs. All homes must be empty prior to service unless discussed otherwise.
