3. You get a price. Office and commercial cleaning starts at $180. We quote any size, and your price reflects the size of the space, the frequency and the scope.
4. We confirm and schedule. We confirm the scope, cadence and price with you before the first visit. We do not offer same-day or rush commercial cleans, so plan ahead and we’ll get you on the calendar.

Scheduling

Most commercial clients do best on a biweekly recurring schedule. Weekly or custom cadence is available when the space needs it.

After-hours or before-open cleaning is available case by case — tell us your hours when you request a quote.

Month-to-month terms, no long-term contract

There is no long-term contract. Service is month-to-month.
