Downtown, Mines and the mesas
Downtown centers on Washington Avenue, beneath the 58-foot Welcome Arch, which has greeted visitors with “Howdy Folks! Welcome to Golden” since 1949. The Colorado School of Mines campus sits just off downtown, and the Coors brewery, the Colorado Railroad Museum and the American Mountaineering Center are all in town. North Table Mountain and South Table Mountain frame the east side of the valley, with a roughly five-mile trail looping North Table. Lookout Mountain, where Buffalo Bill Cody is buried, rises to the west.
Along the creek, the Clear Creek Whitewater Park draws kayakers and tubers all summer. It runs past Lions Park and down to Vanover Park. Golden History Park at 11th and Arapahoe preserves 1800s cabins and a one-room schoolhouse moved from Golden Gate Canyon. In July, Buffalo Bill Days fills the downtown streets.

Transit and access
RTD’s W Line light rail ends at the Jefferson County Government Center–Golden station. From there, a paved, roughly three-mile trail and the local shuttle connect to downtown. Downtown parking is tight on summer weekends, and some streets near 10th require a permit or a paid registration. If our crew will need a parking spot or a guest permit, please include that on your quote.

For a first catch-up in a home you’re living in, choose a deep clean. For vacant homes, including campus-calendar turnovers, choose move-in/out cleaning. Local offices can get commercial cleaning on a month-to-month agreement, quoted at any size. We don’t offer same-day or rush visits.
