House Cleaning Services in Virginia Village
Virginia Village is a southeast Denver neighborhood about five miles from downtown. Its borders are Colorado Boulevard on the west, I-25 on the southwest, Evans Avenue on the south, Quebec Street on the east, Cherry Creek on the northeast and Mississippi Avenue on the north. Holly Street splits it into two halves: the Virginia Village Ellis Community Association covers the west side, and the Cook Park Neighborhood Association covers the east. The Cleanest House cleans Virginia Village houses, condos and townhomes. Although the neighborhood has mid- and high-rise apartment buildings, apartments are outside our service.
Typical plan: biweekly visits, with weekly or every-four-weeks available instead. Call (720) 660-4990 or request a Virginia Village quote.
A 1950s ranch neighborhood
The land was once ranch country. Most of the neighborhood was built in the 1950s, and much of it was developed by Marcus Bogue, who named Virginia Village after his wife. It was marketed as affordable two- and three-bedroom ranch homes. On the east side, the Cook Park area includes a triangular park named for Judge Joseph E. Cook and later subdivisions, including H.B. Wolff’s Lynwood and Krisana Park. Denver’s Discover Denver survey documents these postwar subdivisions in detail.
Today, the neighborhood also includes townhomes, shopping plazas and office buildings, mostly along the main roads. The Colorado Station light rail stop is at the southwest corner, next to I-25.
Making a compact ranch shine
Two- and three-bedroom ranch houses are straightforward to clean, and a consistent routine keeps them in good shape. What we cover:
- One-level flow. We work room by room from the back of the house to the front door, finishing the floors on the way out so nothing gets tracked back in.
- Updated kitchens and baths. Many ranches here have been updated over the years. We adjust products for each surface, whether it’s older laminate or new quartz.
- Converted basements and garages. If you’ve finished the basement or turned a garage into a room, add it to your quote so it’s on the schedule.
- Big windows, low sills. If your ranch has large picture windows, dust and fingerprints are easy to see. We wipe the sills and the glass within reach.
Mid-century modern homes
The Krisana Park area east of Holly is known for its mid-century modern houses. If your home has large expanses of glass, high ledges or sliding doors, tell us on the quote so we plan extra time for glass and door tracks.
Recurring and one-time services
Most clients book our recurring residential service. Biweekly is what we recommend, weekly or every four weeks also works, and there’s no every-three-weeks option. For a thorough first pass while you’re living in the home, choose a deep clean. For an empty home, choose move-in/move-out cleaning. We don’t guarantee deposit refunds or inspection results.
All visits use our non-toxic products, which are lower-fume and mildly scented. They are not chemical-free, and we make no medical claims. Offices near Colorado Boulevard and Evans can request commercial cleaning, which is month-to-month, quoted at any size and always non-toxic. We don’t offer same-day or rush visits.
Near the creek
The Cherry Creek Trail runs along the neighborhood’s northeast edge, and many residents walk, run or bike there. After those outings, entryways and laundry areas take the most wear. Tell us if you’d like the mudroom or laundry room included in every visit.
Next to Virginia Village
Washington Virginia Vale is across Cherry Creek to the north. Glendale is to the northwest, University Hills is southwest across I-25, and Bonnie Brae is a short drive west. You can find every area we serve on Areas We Serve.

"Excellent Communication"
"It’s been a delight working with the team from The Cleanest House. Excellent communication and quick responses are appreciated, they also showed up on time (early) with a crew to handle our deep clean appointment, working around some family we had in town and leaving our place clean and we noticed it especially in some tough to get areas we discussed on our initial call."
