A small city with its own identity
Glendale incorporated as a town in 1952, largely because residents wanted to avoid being annexed by Denver. The name goes back further, to the Glendale Grange organized in 1896 and the Glendale Farm Dairy of 1902. Long before that, the Cherokee Trail ran down the Cherry Creek valley past the Four Mile House stage stop, which is now the nearby Four Mile Historic Park.
Today, much of the city’s limited land is used for offices, stores and residential high-rises. It has its own police department, while fire and paramedic service has come from Denver under contract since 2005. The best-known local landmark is Infinity Park, a 16-acre sports and events complex known for rugby.

- Compact kitchens and baths. Small spaces show buildup quickly, so they’re a good fit for a two-week rhythm.

Pick residential cleaning for ongoing care. Our advice is biweekly. Weekly and every four weeks are also available, but a three-week schedule is not. If you’re catching up in a home you live in, book a single deep cleaning before recurring service. For a condo or townhome that’s already empty, use move-in/move-out cleaning. We don’t make promises about security deposits or move-out inspections.
We clean with our non-toxic method, meaning lower-fume, lightly scented products. That’s different from chemical-free, and we don’t make medical claims. Glendale’s many offices and storefronts can request commercial cleaning: month-to-month, quoted for any size, with after-hours work considered case by case. Same-day and rush appointments aren’t offered.
