House Cleaning Services Washington Virginia Vale

House Cleaning Services in Washington Virginia Vale

Washington Virginia Vale covers about 1.86 square miles of southeast Denver. It’s bounded by East Alameda Avenue on the north, South Quebec Street on the east and Cherry Creek on the south, and its western edge meets the City of Glendale. Leetsdale Drive cuts diagonally through the middle and serves as the neighborhood’s main commercial corridor. The Cleanest House cleans houses, condos and townhomes throughout Washington Virginia Vale. Apartments are not something we clean.

Short answer on scheduling: biweekly is the plan we suggest for most homes here. Weekly and every-four-weeks visits are available too. Call (720) 660-4990 or start a Washington Virginia Vale quote.

From stage stop to postwar suburb

The historic heart of the neighborhood is Four Mile Historic Park. Its Four Mile House, a Denver landmark from the 1850s, was a stage stop, inn and tavern for travelers on the Cherokee Trail. Around it, the land stayed mostly farms and ranches until the postwar years. City planning documents say Denver annexed the area in the early 1950s, and most of the farmland was replaced by brick ranch homes, which are still the most common type of house here.

From the 1960s on, condominiums and mid-rise apartment buildings were added, especially near the main roads. We clean the condos and townhomes. The mid-rise apartment buildings aren’t part of our service. A walking guide to the neighborhood notes that homes southwest of Leetsdale are mostly similar brick cottages, while the north side has more custom houses.

Neighborhood landmarks

  • Garland Park and two smaller city parks.
  • George Washington High School, McMeen Elementary and Place Bridge Academy.
  • The Cherry Creek Trail along the southern edge, a paved route toward downtown or out toward Cherry Creek Reservoir.
  • A historic Jewish community center, a Hillel school and a synagogue, which city planners describe as important community institutions.
  • The consulates general of Mexico, Peru and Guatemala.

Cleaning a Washington Virginia Vale ranch or condo

Here’s how we usually approach the homes in this neighborhood:

  • Brick ranches. Single-level layouts make efficient work of floors, but kitchens and baths have usually been remodeled at different times, so we match products to each surface, whether laminate, stone or original tile.
  • Condos and townhomes. Shared hallways, assigned parking and HOA rules all shape a visit. When you ask for a quote, tell us about the building entry, which floor you’re on and where we can park.
  • Creekside activity. If you use the Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking, expect dust and gear clutter near the door. We give entryways extra attention.

Our cleaning plans

Recurring service runs through our residential cleaning plans. Biweekly is the default, with weekly or every-four-weeks options. We don’t offer an every-three-weeks rotation. A one-time deep clean is the best first visit for an occupied home that’s overdue. For empty homes, move-in/out cleaning covers kitchens, baths and floors, but we can’t guarantee a deposit return or passing an inspection.

We follow a non-toxic cleaning method, using lower-fume, mildly scented products. It isn’t chemical-free, and we make no medical claims. Businesses along Leetsdale can request commercial cleaning, quoted at any size on month-to-month terms and always with non-toxic products. We don’t offer same-day or rush visits.

Planning around Leetsdale

Leetsdale Drive carries heavy traffic most of the day, so we usually schedule recurring visits for mid-morning, after morning commute traffic eases. If your home backs onto Leetsdale or Alameda, tell us. Road dust builds up faster on sills and blinds on those blocks, and we’ll check them every visit.

Neighboring areas

North across Alameda are Hilltop and Lowry. Glendale borders the neighborhood on the west, and Virginia Village lies south of Cherry Creek. You can see every area we serve on Areas We Serve.
