The Denver Technological Center, usually called the Denver Tech Center or DTC, is a business district in the southeast metro. It spans parts of Denver and Greenwood Village along I-25, roughly between I-225 and Arapahoe Road. It isn’t a residential neighborhood itself. One of the first suburban office parks
The DTC was founded in 1962 on 40 acres near where I-25 and I-225 meet. It’s described as one of the first suburban office parks in the United States. George Wallace developed land on the east side of I-25, while John Madden Jr. worked on the west side. Architect and planner Carl A. Worthington designed the park, and it grew from its first 40 acres to about 850 in the master plan. In 2023, owner Shea Properties said the park covered 908 acres, with more than 35,000 workers and more than 1,000 companies. Many buildings date from the 1980s and 1990s.
Cable-industry pioneers helped put the area on the map. That growth was a major reason the T-REX project brought light rail down the I-25 corridor, linking the DTC to downtown Denver. The DTC Identity Monument, shaped like a skyscraper’s steel frame, stands between I-25 and DTC Parkway in Greenwood Village.

The DTC is surrounded by residential areas, including Denver’s southeast neighborhoods, Greenwood Village and parts of Centennial. Housing ranges from townhome and condo communities near the office towers to single-family streets farther out. What the households have in common is time: long workdays, commutes and travel. What we focus on:
- Kitchens that get used in bursts. A quiet week followed by a weekend of cooking. We degrease the stovetop, clean appliance fronts and reset the counters every visit.
- Bathrooms on a schedule. Glass showers and double vanities stay spotless with regular care, instead of needing an occasional deep scrub.
- Home offices. We dust desks, shelves and screens gently, and we’ll skip anything you’d like left alone.
- Condo logistics. Garage codes, concierge desks and elevator reservations all go in your file, so each visit starts on time.
Plans for busy schedules
Our recurring residential cleaning runs biweekly unless you pick weekly or every four weeks. There’s no every-three-weeks option. For a thorough first visit to an occupied home, choose a deep clean. For relocations and empty units, book move-in/out cleaning, which doesn’t guarantee deposit or inspection outcomes.
We use non-toxic cleaning products in every visit. They’re lower-fume and mildly scented, not chemical-free, and we make no medical claims. For offices in the DTC, our commercial cleaning is month-to-month, quoted for suites of any size, always non-toxic, and after-hours visits are available case by case. We don’t take same-day or rush requests.
Access while you’re at work
Most DTC-area clients aren’t home during their visit. Leave us a lockbox code, a garage code or a key arrangement, and tell us about pets and any rooms to skip. We’ll use the same checklist every visit.
