House Cleaning Services in Central Park
Central Park, called Stapleton until residents voted to rename it in 2020, is built on the site of the old Stapleton International Airport, which closed in 1995. It’s the largest residential neighborhood in Denver, with about 30,000 residents as of 2022, and a small southeastern part lies in Aurora. Roughly, it runs from Quebec Street east to Havana Street and from the Montview Boulevard/26th Avenue area north to the Rocky Mountain Arsenal refuge, with a few irregular edges. The Cleanest House cleans Central Park houses, row homes, condos and townhomes. We don’t clean apartments.
Where most families land: biweekly cleaning. We also offer weekly and every-four-weeks schedules. Call (720) 660-4990 or request a Central Park quote.
An airport turned into a neighborhood
While Denver International Airport was being built, a civic group called the Stapleton Development Foundation drafted a master plan for the old airfield, finished in 1995. It favored walkable streets over car-oriented design and set aside nearly a third of the site for parks. Construction began in 2001, and Forest City was the master developer. The 80-acre park that gives the neighborhood its current name opened in 2007. In 2016, RTD’s A Line started running through Central Park station, connecting Union Station and DIA.
Today the neighborhood includes twelve named sub-neighborhoods, around 50 parks, seven pools, a Denver recreation center and a library. It also borders the Sand Creek Regional Greenway and Bluff Lake Nature Center. Almost all of it is in ZIP code 80238.
The housing mix
Architecture ranges from traditional to ultra-modern. Housing types include single-family homes, condos, live-work townhomes, row homes and duplexes, and most single-family homes have garages off the alley. That layout affects how we work:
- Back-door living. With alley garages, most traffic comes in through the back hall or mudroom. We give that entry the same care as the front door.
- Front porches. If your home has a porch facing the street or a green court, we can sweep it and wipe down the front door on request.
- Multi-level row homes. When there are several flights of stairs, we work from the top floor down, one level at a time.
- Newer finishes. Quartz counters, large windows and stainless appliances show smudges, so we buff them streak-free.
Busy households, steady routine
With many schools and parks nearby, family schedules here fill up quickly. A standing biweekly slot means kitchens, bathrooms and floors get reset on a predictable day. If you have pets, tell us, because pet hair on stairs and rugs changes how long a visit takes. If you’re working from home, we can start with the rooms you don’t need that day.
What we offer
Recurring visits are part of our residential house cleaning. Biweekly is our default recommendation, weekly and every four weeks are available, and we don’t offer an every-three-weeks schedule. A one-time deep cleaning is for occupied homes that need a first reset. Move-in/out cleaning is for empty homes, and we don’t guarantee deposit or inspection results.
We use a non-toxic cleaning process with lower-fume, mild-scented products. They are not chemical-free, and we make no health claims. Offices and retail spaces can arrange commercial cleaning month-to-month, quoted at any size and always non-toxic. We don’t book same-day or rush visits.
Bordering areas
Park Hill is west across Quebec. North of I-70, the Northfield area continues toward the refuge. Montbello is to the northeast, Aurora is east, and Lowry is farther south. See Areas We Serve for more.

"Excellent Communication"
"It’s been a delight working with the team from The Cleanest House. Excellent communication and quick responses are appreciated, they also showed up on time (early) with a crew to handle our deep clean appointment, working around some family we had in town and leaving our place clean and we noticed it especially in some tough to get areas we discussed on our initial call."
