House Cleaning Services in Aurora

Aurora is Colorado’s third-largest city. The 2020 census counted 386,261 residents across parts of Arapahoe, Adams and Douglas counties. Since 2000 it has covered more land than Denver, about 104,700 acres, and much of the eastern side is still being built. The Cleanest House cleans Aurora houses, condos and townhomes, from older blocks near Colfax to newer subdivisions farther east.

Quick answer: Need house cleaning in Aurora? The Cleanest House serves Aurora houses, condos and townhomes (not apartments) on the Arapahoe, Adams and Douglas County sides. From the town of Fletcher to a city of hundreds of subdivisions

Aurora started in the 1890s as Fletcher, a real-estate venture by Denver businessman Donald Fletcher. The Silver Crash of 1893 hit it hard. Voters renamed it Aurora in 1907, after one of its subdivisions, and it became a city in 1928. Military sites shaped its growth. Fitzsimons Army Hospital opened in 1918, Lowry Air Force Base straddled the Denver line from 1938 to 1994, and Buckley Field was built in 1942. It’s now Buckley Space Force Base, Aurora’s largest employer. The old Fitzsimons grounds are now the Anschutz Medical Campus, home to the University of Colorado Hospital and Children’s Hospital. In the late 1970s and early 1980s, Aurora was the fastest-growing city in the country.

Because Aurora grew one subdivision at a time, its homes vary by decade. Older areas near Colfax tend to have smaller mid-century houses. Farther south and east, homes are generally newer, including two-stories and master-planned communities with open layouts and tall great rooms. Townhomes and condos are spread throughout. We ask about square footage, the number of levels and the build era when we quote, because a 1950s ranch and a new two-story take very different amounts of time.

Parks, reservoirs and weather

The city manages more than 100 parks and more than 6,000 acres of open space. Cherry Creek State Park is on the southwest edge, and Aurora Reservoir and Quincy Reservoir draw boaters and anglers. Star K Ranch and the Sand Creek Greenway Trail add trails on the north side. Aurora is east of I-25, where spring and summer storms bring more hail and tornado warnings than Denver usually gets. For homes, that means:

  • Storm-season entryways: muddy shoes and wet dogs after afternoon thunderstorms. We clean entry floors, mats and garage-door thresholds every visit.
  • Wind-blown dust: east-side wind pushes fine dust into window tracks and onto sills. We work those into the rotation.
  • Large great rooms: tall ceilings and big windows in newer homes mean more dusting on ledges and ceiling fans. We plan the extra time for them.
  • Lake-day gear: sandy coolers, towels and life jackets from the reservoirs end up in mudrooms and laundry rooms.

Aurora areas with their own pages

Aurora Hills has its own page, south of Alameda and east of Havana. Lowry and Central Park sit along the Denver border, and a small part of Central Park is inside Aurora. Close by are Glendale, Hampden and Montbello.

Our cleaning options

Most occupied Aurora homes sit on recurring residential cleaning. Every 2 weeks is what we recommend; weekly or every four weeks are also available, and we do not schedule every three weeks. For a fuller cadence breakdown, read how often house cleaning in Denver. If the home has fallen behind, a one-time deep cleaning catches it up—see deep clean vs regular clean before you choose. Empty homes between owners or tenants use move-in/out cleaning. We clean to the checklist and do not promise deposit refunds or inspection results. Starting prices are on the Denver house cleaning cost guide.

Our non-toxic cleaning uses lower-fume, mild-scented products. That is not the same as chemical-free, and we make no medical claims. Aurora offices and light commercial spaces can book commercial cleaning month-to-month, with a quote for any size. Extras like inside the oven are on additional services. We do not offer same-day or rush visits. Please book ahead.

Aurora house cleaning FAQ

Do you offer house cleaning in Aurora?

Yes—anywhere in Aurora with houses, condos or townhomes, whether it is the Arapahoe, Adams or Douglas County side. We do not clean apartments. Because Aurora is large, share your nearest major intersection. Plan details are on residential cleaning.

How often should I schedule house cleaning in Aurora?

Every 2 weeks is our standard recommendation. Bigger two-story homes with kids or dogs sometimes move to weekly; lighter-use homes can go every 4 weeks. We do not book three-week cycles. See how often house cleaning in Denver.

Do you offer deep and move-out cleaning in Aurora?

Yes. A deep clean is a detailed one-time visit while you still live there. Move-in/out cleaning is for vacant homes. Compare both on deep vs regular. We cannot promise a deposit refund or a passed walk-through.

Is your cleaning chemical-free?

No product we use is chemical-free. Our non-toxic standard means lower-fume, mildly scented products—not a medical or allergy claim.

Do you clean offices in Aurora?

Yes. Offices and light commercial spaces in Aurora can get a quote for any size on month-to-month terms. Commercial cleaning always uses lower-fume products; after-hours requests are reviewed one at a time.

Does a new-build home need a deep clean first?

Often, yes. Construction dust settles in cabinets, vents and window tracks. Many new Aurora homeowners book a deep clean or a move-in clean before starting every-2-weeks visits.

How much does house cleaning cost in Aurora?

Starting prices and what changes a quote are on the Denver house cleaning cost guide. For an Aurora-specific number, request a quote or call (720) 660-4990 with square footage and bathroom count.
