Greenwood Village House Cleaning
Greenwood Village is a home-rule city in Arapahoe County with about 15,700 residents (2020 census). It takes its name from the old Greenwood Ranch, incorporated in 1950 and grew quickly once the Denver Technological Center arrived in the 1970s. Much of the DTC, Greenwood Plaza and the Village Center area now fall inside city limits. Cherry Hills Village lies to the west, Centennial to the south, and southeast Denver neighborhoods to the north. The Cleanest House cleans Greenwood Village houses, condos and townhomes. Two sides of the Village
The city feels different depending on where you are. The west side has a rural character, with large lots and established landscaping, and the city even keeps equestrian parks. The High Line Canal Trail winds through about five and a half miles of the city. The east side is closer to I-25 and the office towers, with the Cherry Creek Trail nearby and more townhome and condo communities within reach of the Tech Center.
- Larger houses often have several bathrooms, wide stairways and rooms guests rarely use. We can rotate the extra rooms or cover them every visit, depending on your quote.
- Canal-side properties pick up leaves, dust and dirt from dog walks. We focus on entryways, window sills and hard floors.
- Townhomes near the DTC tend to have tight parking and access codes. Put those on the quote form so our crew doesn’t lose time at the gate.
Parks, preserves and summer concerts
The Marjorie Perry Nature Preserve sits along the High Line Canal south of Belleview Avenue. Westlands Park on South Quebec Street and Silo Park are the go-to spots for playgrounds and fields. On summer nights, Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre brings concerts to the Village, with the landscaped Marjorie Park right next to it.
Many families here go to schools on the Cherry Creek School District campus: Greenwood Elementary, Campus Middle School and Cherry Creek High School. Commuters can use three RTD light rail stops in the city: Dayton, Orchard and Arapahoe at Village Center. Between school runs, commutes and practices, a steady cleaning schedule is often easier than catching up on weekends.
Services, plainly stated
Recurring: residential cleaning every two weeks is our suggested plan. Weekly and every-four-weeks schedules are also offered. Three-week spacing is not.
First visit: a deep cleaning is a single intensive pass for a furnished, occupied house.
Vacant homes: move-in/out cleaning. We make no guarantee about getting a deposit back or passing an inspection.
Products: our non-toxic line means low-odor, lower-fume supplies. They are not chemical-free, and we make no medical promises.
Offices: DTC and Greenwood Plaza workplaces can get a commercial cleaning quote at any size. Contracts run month-to-month, and after-hours timing is reviewed per site.

Greenwood Village questions
Do you work on both the east and west sides of Greenwood Village?
Yes. We clean homes on the large-lot west side near the High Line Canal and on the east side near the Tech Center and the light rail stations.
Are apartments included?
No. In Greenwood Village we clean houses, condos and townhomes, not apartments.
How often do larger homes need cleaning?
Biweekly is our recommendation. Homes with many rooms or heavy use sometimes go weekly, and quieter households choose every four weeks.
Can you clean an office in the DTC?
Yes. Commercial cleaning is month-to-month, uses our non-toxic products, and any size of space can get a quote. After-hours cleaning is considered case by case.
