• Mild-scented. A clean home should smell fresh and light, not heavily perfumed. Our products leave a mild scent rather than a strong fragrance layer.
• Not chemical-free. Every cleaner is made of chemicals, including the gentle ones. We do not claim to be chemical-free, toxin-free, or “100% natural,” and we do not publish a full product list.
• The standard, not an upsell. The same lower-fume, mild-scented process is used on every residential, deep, move-in/out, and commercial job. There is no separate “green package” to add.

• Dwell time instead of harsher products. We let cleaners sit on buildup, like soap scum, stovetop grease, and hard-water spots, before wiping or scrubbing. That gives mild products time to work.
• Microfiber and elbow grease. Microfiber cloths, brushes, and careful technique pick up dust and residue instead of spreading it around.
• Top to bottom, room by room. We dust high areas first and finish with floors, so nothing falls onto a surface we already cleaned.
• Never mixing products. Combining cleaners can create harmful fumes, so we do not do it.
• The same checklist. Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and floors get the same detailed cleaning checklist whether or not you asked about non-toxic.

What is included

Every service below uses the non-toxic process. Your quote confirms the exact scope for your home or space.

• Recurring residential cleaning: kitchens (counters, backsplash, sink, stovetop, and appliance exteriors), bathrooms (toilets, showers and tubs, sinks, mirrors), dusting from high areas to baseboards, and vacuuming and mopping floors. Biweekly is recommended.
• Deep cleaning: a one-time reset for an occupied house, condo, or townhome that needs more detail than a maintenance visit.
• Move-in/out cleaning: an empty-home clean, including reachable cabinets and appliances as quoted. There is no deposit-back or inspection-pass guarantee.
• Commercial cleaning: offices and workspaces of any size get a quote, service is month-to-month, and commercial jobs always use the non-toxic process.
• Additional services: add-ons like oven and refrigerator interiors, blinds, wet-wiping baseboards, interior windows, shower grout, and organizing.

How often: recommended cleaning cadence

For most Denver homes we recommend biweekly cleaning (every two weeks). It keeps kitchens, bathrooms, and floors from building up between visits. Weekly works well for busy households, big homes, or homes with several pets. Every 4 weeks is a lighter maintenance option. We do not offer an every-3-weeks schedule.

One-time deep cleans and move cleans are scheduled from your quote. We do not offer same-day or rush cleaning, so plan ahead and we will get you on the calendar.
